Minutes
The meeting came to order at 7:05 PM. with the following persons present:
Members: Robin O’Malley – chair, John Bonazoli - Clerk, Reggie Tardif, Jim Lacey, Andy Belliveau, Marybeth Foster
Guests: Phil Trapani – Board of Selectmen
Gary Fowler - Board of Selectmen
Mike Farrell – Town Administrator

A Joint meeting was held with the Board of Selectmen
- Communication regarding FY10 budget changes – Suggestions were made to create ways to allow (Finance Advisory Board (Fin comm.) more time to be involved in changes to the budget.
- CPC – Robin to send Phil a copy of the bylaw of responsibility of Fin Comm.
- Budget software: (MB and Andy) – Discussion regarding implementing the budget module in the “Munis” software. Mike will investigate what modules the town owns.
Marybeth handed out copies handouts from a Massachusetts Municipality Association Seminar
The next meeting will be January 20, 2010
A motion was made by Jim Lacey to adjourn and was seconded by Andy Belliveau.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:04 P.M.
